Assessment of energy efficient HVAC systems for office buildings

As a result of economic and political requirements, renewable energy investments are supported with various incentives all over the world, while fossil fuel systems restricted by regulations. This article aims to make conventional heating, cooling power more efficient or develop an alternative system based on modeling office building. Considering three scenarios - classical heating-cooling system, combined cooling-heating-power zero building, test building’s estimation analysis life-cycle cost have been conducted 3 different sub-scenarios for generated. Hourly Analysis Program (HAP), design load was found be 742.7 kW, heating 439.8 kW. The required borehole length ground source heat pump is determined as 20,371 m 9,137 discharged into rate -44.3 W / extracted 34 m. Annual generation photovoltaic plant 607.639 kWh installed this calculated 463 kWp. Lifecycle analyses were performed using P1-P2 method according calculations, payback period extra investment 37 months plant, whereas it 94 improved building design. Similarly, full 58 127 result, hybrid (air condenser + pump, panels) proposed best option identity.
